10 Inch Pedal Clutch

We feel our 10" Pedal assembly will be the dominate player in the alcohol classes in 2003.  These units feature many enhancements to the lever and cover areas, with full floating post and lever pins. With a minimum of parts, we have eliminated galling normally associated with other units.  Our newly configured levers have counter weight location to increase plate load as the lever advances in its travel.  The 10" cover feature smaller spring pockets with substantial rib-reinforcement in the cup area, adding greater stiffness to the cover's structure.  Reducing flexing of the cover during application, results are more consistent application and greater plate load.

With a variety of material available to fit your needs, these units can be manufactured to specifically match your combination and budget.  Titanium or aluminum pressure plates, steel alloy or titanium posts, normal or light steel facings are just a few of the options available.
